Choose an Activity By Length
It is hard to estimate how long any given activity will take a particular person, but, to help you with planning, we've organised our suggestions into three broad categories - each of which we hope can be accommodated in even the busiest work days.
10-Minute Activities
Each of these activities could be completed in as little as 10 minutes -- and many could be done in under 5. Hopefully these will be feasible for even the most hectic days.
20-Minute Activities
The exercises in this category might take anywhere from 10-20 minutes. You could multi-task, completing one of these activities while drinking tea or having lunch.
30-Minute Activities
This category features activities you could easily get lost in, and we recommend 30 minutes as a bare minimum. You may find these more suitable for away days or for unwinding after work.
