Field Sensing

What it is, what you need, and what you do

Testimonials

Slowing Down to Tune In

Although it took some time for most participants to acclimate to the slow pace of this exercise, most found it to be rejuvenating -- simultaneously relaxing because it helped them turn off the 'thinking part' of the brain, and energising because it attuned them to sensory inputs they hadn't even realised were waiting to be experienced. We recommend setting aside at least 30 minutes for this activity, but collaborators have said they could easily have gone for much longer.

Note

One co-creator with autism felt this was a little too stimulating, and recommends caution for those with neurodiversity.
